Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable/Payable, bank reconciliations, and daily credit card and bank balance reports.

• Manage payment schedules, ensure timely follow-ups, and submit daily/weekly financial reports to management.

• Prepare daily sales reports, quarterly GST filings, yearly commission statements, and the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report.

• Oversee petty cash, process reimbursements, and arrange daily bank deposits.

• Ensure proper document filing and compliance with financial controls.

• Support internal and external audits; liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities on financial matters.

• Conduct monthly inventory counts, manage asset disposals and write-offs.

• Coordinate closely with management to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
