Job description

Online & Office Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the effective management of all sales orders coming into the business from the online accounts, ensuring prompt processing of orders and continued up to date maintenance of the catalogue; working closely with both online vendor services and key internal stakeholders to manage and maintain a performance dashboard and produce timely and accurate business reporting to support strategic decision making and the effective management of the account.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring proactive collaboration with all stakeholders to support the smooth and effective management of the account.

Administrating sales in Vendor Central

• Ensure chat response time within given hours by Vendor Central

• Investigate, follow-up of Chat requests and responses

• Maintain good grading/scores in Vendor Central platform

Maintaining stock allocation and availability

•Carry out regular reviews of stock availability of key lines and liaise with Category Management (PMs & reporting Manager) to ensure that allocation reflects online sales demand / forecasts

• Provide regular updates to online vendor on availability of high demand SKUs

• Carry out review and assessment of online report and highlight any low stock holding to online stores

Product Catalogue and Listing Management

• Maintain up to date accuracy of existing product catalogue including: • Cost prices and EAN

• Categories, Sub-Categories and Browse Nodes

• Product Codes and Titles

• Product Bullet Points and Features

• Images and Videos

• A+ Content

• Create new listings with online platforms as required

• Investigate listings tagged with Audio-Technica and report any brand violations or counterfeit product

• Maintain up to date and accurate listings in the online stores

Reporting

• Create monthly reports and distribute to key stakeholders on Purchase Order analysis including: • Volume, value and frequency

• Issuing Vendor and FC locations

• Cancelled lines

• Create monthly sell out report and distribute to key stakeholders, utilising online analytics, to include: • Units Shipped

• Average Selling Price

• Average Margin

• Conversion Rate

• Glance Views

• Create any other reports, as requested, to support the effective management of the online accounts

Online & Offline Sales Executive Qualifications/Skills:

Essential

• Must have experience of working within ASEAN Consumer Electronics (CE) online & offline vendors, experience of both would also be desirable, but not essential.

• Knowledge of e-commerce best practise and comfortable using digital analytics to monitor performance and drive conversion.

• Proficient with Microsoft applications, primarily Excel, with ability to create charts, graphs, formulas, look-up and pivot tables. Also confident with creating Powerpoints and presenting both projects and performance to key stakeholders.

• Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.

• High Level of interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

• High level of numeracy and analytical skills.

Desirable

• Previous experience of dealing with major CE accounts across ASEAN.

• Experience working within the consumer electronics industry, either directly for a manufacturer or via a distributor.

• Additional language skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred

• Strong passion for audio products

• Minimal three years of experience as online sales administrator

• Proven track record of positive sales performance

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Proficient PC skills

• Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.

• High Level of interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

• High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
