Job description

Our client, a leading provider of cyber security and network performance solutions, is seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
  • Collaborate across Channel Sales, Territory Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to develop innovative sales strategies, pricing models, launch plans, and partner enablement campaigns.
  • Manage, track, and report on sales and renewals growth across Singapore.
  • Research target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound sales inquiries and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Support the regional sales team by scheduling meetings and demos with prospects and existing clients.
  • Assist the Marketing team by promoting webinars and events, including sending invitations and managing follow-ups. Attendance at events may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Marketing:
  • Organize and coordinate events with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Create compelling graphics and content to engage target audiences such as partners and end users.
  • Source creative corporate gifts and event venues for customers.
  • Manage event budgets, secure funding, and oversee expenses.
  • Proactively develop marketing activities (events, digital campaigns) aligned with sales objectives in collaboration with sales and vendors.
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing to invite potential and existing customers to events or workshops.
  • Guide junior team members or peers in executing marketing plans and solving problems.
  • Manage 2-3 key vendor portfolios to execute marketing activities that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in cybersecurity, IT security, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Focused and goal-oriented mindset.
