We are seeking a proactive and dependable Property Executive to support the management of our property portfolio. You will be responsible for daily operations, tenant liaison, maintenance coordination, and assisting in lease administration to ensure properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations for all company’s properties (Industrial, Residential, Commercial), ensuring smooth functioning.
• Support the maintenance of properties, including scheduling repairs and addressing issues.
• Address tenant concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Handle handover and takovers
• Promote safety, ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies, and conduct inspections.
• Assist in preparing reports on property performance and financial summaries.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with clients and service providers.
• Update and maintain property management systems or databases.
• Coordinate with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
• Manage projects assigned by Property Managers

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property/ Building Management
