Quantity Surveyor - LTA Projects - Upto SG$ 9k per Month

We are in a joint venture with a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Singapore. For the ongoing LTA Tunnel and MRT Station project, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee an MRT Station and Tunneling Project.

Position 1: Project Quantity Surveyor (Upto SG$6,500)
Position 2: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Upto SG$9,000)
Company Type: Main Contractor
Project: Large-Scale LTA Tunneling and MRT Station Project
Eligibility: Must hold Singapore Permanent Residency or E-Pass

Salary: Competitive Salary + Manager Allowance, Guaranteed 13-month salary + Performance Bonus

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Contracts Manager in preparation of quotations for variation works, post-tendering processes, and contract administration works including post-tender contract commercial works.
• Provide support in contract administration, cost control, sub-letting, settlement of final accounts.
• Prepare project budgets, tenders, preliminary tenders, and cost estimates.
• Responsible for contractual documents.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payments.
• Negotiate with clients/subcontractors for final account settlement.
• Manage project budgeting and cost control.
• Measure, value, negotiate, and submit contract variations.
• Liaise with subcontractors regarding contractual matters.
• Prepare payment applications, payment certificates, and variation orders.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the QS Manager.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team to handle contractual issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of overall project management experience, with 2 years with a Main Contractor involved in LTA projects.
• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
