Job summary

Job Scopes:
- Responsible in purchasing vessel spare parts and consumables.
- Responsible for all vessels material request documents
- Manage all procurement processes (ie Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invocies, Delivery Orders, etc)
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and source for new vendors with competitive prices.
- Coordinate the delivery of spares parts and consumables to company and vessels.
- Manage all shipping documents (import and export).
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Marine/Shipping industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
