As an Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Contract & Compliance – Ensure contract terms, policies, and audit requirements are met; collaborate with vendors on compliance.
Vendor Performance – Validate KPIs, assess workforce competency, conduct sampling checks, and ensure service standards.
Operations Management – Oversee daily operations, address vendor issues, manage inventory/assets, and enforce safety regulations.
Procurement & Payments – Raise PRs/POs, verify KPIs and documentation before payment, and support Liquidated Damages claims.
Business Continuity – Ensure BCP is in place, conduct annual drills, and maintain operational readiness.
Documentation & Budgeting – Maintain accurate records; support budgeting and ensure proper fund utilization and billing.
Projects & Innovation – Lead/participate in projects, attend meetings, and explore new technologies for healthcare use.
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience of related experience
Relevant degree or equivalent
