• Up to $2,700 to $3,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to raise Purchase Order & follow up on inbound process for PO raised

• Manage the flow from Sales Order to Delivery Order

• Coordination with supplier ensuring warranty cliems for parts/ credit are fulfilled

• Processing shipment list for picking

• other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
