An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers. This role involves overseeing the flow from sales order to delivery order, ensuring warranty claims are fulfilled, and processing shipment lists. Up to $2,700 to $3,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Monday to Friday, office hours

Company transport pick up at various MRT Station
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to raise Purchase Order & follow up on inbound process for PO raised
Manage the flow from Sales Order to Delivery Order
Coordination with supplier ensuring warranty cliems for parts/ credit are fulfilled
Processing shipment list for picking
other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned
Requirement:
At least a Diploma
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
