What you will be working on:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute structured job rotation exercises to enhance employee career experience and exposure across different functions.
  • Design and implement coaching and mentoring initiatives and resources to support employee growth.
  • Monitor and assess the talent development initiatives for officers on the specialist track, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Research and evaluate technology solutions and platforms to streamline and enhance talent management processes.
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent.
  • Good thinking skills to align talent development initiatives with organisational objectives.
  • Independent, resourceful, and driven to deliver.
  • Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
