Position: Engineer – Quality & Product Engineering

You will be responsible for quality control related to Facilities and Fab use, including UPW, Chemicals, wafers, Fab Environment, and incoming quality checks of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with and support fab engineering modules on requirements for ad-hoc requests.
  2. Communicate with end users and follow up on Out-Of-Control (OOC)/Out-Of-Specification (OOS) issues.
  3. Manage, maintain, and verify the functionality of equipment; perform troubleshooting as needed.
  4. Ensure work quality and integrity in all assigned tasks.
  5. Participate in continuous improvement programs and initiate actions to enhance work processes, safety, and quality standards.
  6. Monitor and improve the performance of analytical tools and methods.
  7. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in lab work areas and environment.
  8. Provide updates during meetings on pre-alerts, out-of-control cases, and shutdowns.
  9. Update and maintain documentation for lab operations and analytical tools.
  10. Report on lab operations and issues.
  11. Manage lab manpower arrangements.
  12. Conduct internal audits of the lab.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, chemical labs, or quality-related fields preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Excel VBA.
  • Knowledge of standards such as IATF16949, ISO17025, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000 is advantageous.
