Job description

An established supply chain solution organization is hiring for a Assistant Manager (Procurement Operational Excellence).

Responsibilities:

Data

  • Take the lead in developing of global procurement data track activities alongside Group Procurement, to build global and localized dashboards for Procurement systems and processes

  • Assess use cases from data track and dashboards, to generate additional insights and opportunities for automation and procurement strategies

Process Improvement

  • Robotic Process Automation – Leads and supports workstream automations for the company

  • Business process review – Leads and supports process improvement discussions and facilitates through digitalization, automation and AI

Sustainable Procurement

  • Co-create execution plans to implement sustainable procurement

  • Supports through supplier surveys, evaluation, education and engagements

Due Diligence

  • Co-create execution plans to implement due diligence process and compare with global business units for synergies

  • Lead in program implementation


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, or equivalent

  • Possess strong leadership, process affinity and communication skills.

  • Possess experience with data management, dashboard development and process improvement

  • Possess experience with E-Procurement systems, ideally Oracle Fusion will be considered favorably

  • Competencies around automation and AI, with experiences in use case development

  • Competencies around Sustainable Procurement and experiences in supplier engagement
