A leading company is seeking a Receptionist and Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, and assist the HR team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of office experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office. This role offers a supportive environment with transportation provided.
Receptionist and Admin Assistant
Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Salary Range: up to S$2,200
Job Description:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Welcome visitors in friendly manner.
Attend to walk-in visitor.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Keep track and update of phone list on monthly basis.
Assist HR Operations team in administrative tasks.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
