Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders;

  2. Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;

  3. Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;

  4. Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;

  5. Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solving abnormal problems, and improving work efficiency;

  6. Responsible for 6S management on site and assisting the person in charge;

  7. Responsible for executing product testing tasks according to established testing standards and ensuring completion as per schedule.

Qualifications

  1. NITEC or above, logistics/supply chain management is preferred;

  2. At least two years of warehouse-related work experience, skilled in operating office software, familiar with warehouse entry and exit operation processes and basic computer operations;

  3. Open to candidates with no experience.
