Job Responsibilities:
●Client Engagement Development: Collaborate with sales consultants to evaluate client eligibility and provide insights on products and immigration policies to identify and engage potential clients.
●Client Support and Consultation: Offer expert guidance to clients, addressing inquiries about products and policies. Prepare necessary documentation to ensure successful applications.
●Complaint Resolution: Facilitate the timely resolution of client complaints, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
●Project Promotion Contribution: Assist in developing and executing project promotion strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands by creating marketing materials.
●Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks related to channel development as assigned by senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
●Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience.
●Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
●Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sales consultants and potential clients.
●Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
●Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
●Detail Orientation: Proactive and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
