A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Project Manager in various tasks including cost reporting and document control. This role is suitable for fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. You will coordinate with different departments to ensure project progress and assist in tender preparations.
Job Description
1. Assist the Project Manager with preparation of overall cost and progress reports and other matters related to schedules, cost and materials.
2. Assists the Project Manager and supervise Document Controller to implement systematic document control and filing procedures.
3. Liaise and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement Departments for preparation of monthly progress reports prior to Project Manager’s approval.
4. Coordinate with the Construction department leaders on progress monitoring and recording.
5. Prepare and record change proposals for the contract between Contractor and Client.
6. Assist PM organize tender activities and coordinate in disciplines, vendors for tender preparations
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
