Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in managing facilities and electrical systems across the organisation

  • Oversee project management for new building construction and infrastructure upgrades

  • Maintain and improve existing electrical systems through planned maintenance programmes

  • Supervise service partners and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery

  • Provide technical guidance to user departments and support troubleshooting efforts

  • Coordinate fire safety systems and Green Mark initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Investigate safety incidents and prepare incident reports for follow-up and review

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Facilities or related studies

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or building services engineering, preferably within healthcare setting

  • Proficient in electrical design calculations, cost estimation, and detailed engineering design

  • Able to read and interpret electrical drawings

  • Capable of conducting basic troubleshooting for power trips

  • Experience in annual shutdowns, including planning or hands-on support, is preferred

  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
