  • Assist with system installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Oversee the integration of software solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients using reliable courier services.
  • Handle and process support tickets (including ad-hoc requests, contracts, and billing inquiries), ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
