• Present, promote, and sell company's characters and Intellectual Property to both current and potential clients using compelling arguments.
• Provide administrative support for guest-related needs.
• Build, nurture, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales activities.
• Strive for continuous improvement by incorporating feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within Entertainment industry is preferred.
• Travel to APAC countries.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
