Role Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of SEA’s leading e-commerce logistics networks. Additionally, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage large-scale CAPEX equipment purchases, and contribute to automation and cost-saving projects that shape the future of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality vendors for essential warehouse supplies, services, and automation solutions.
2. Contract & Tender Management: Review and process purchase orders promptly. Prepare and conduct tenders, providing strategic recommendations to the Tender Committee.
3. Project Development & CAPEX Execution: Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of high-value equipment. Lead end-to-end deployment of CAPEX and automation assets, from sourcing to successful handover.
4. Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvements: Analyze spend and operations data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Support continuous improvement across the procurement value chain.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Development. Present regular updates and insights to senior management through clear, concise reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience in supplier management is advantageous.
• Internship or work experience in Procurement, Accounting, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functional environments.
