Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR and Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile HR generalist with a positive attitude, capable of managing end-to-end HR processes and overseeing administrative functions within our small setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and regulations.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to employees as needed.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
  • Nurture a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Oversee office administration tasks, including facilities management, vendor relations, and inventory control.
  • Manage payroll processing, leave management, and other HRIS functions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist or HR manager
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to HR and administrative challenges.
