Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit shop drawings, address consultant feedback, and manage resubmissions.

• Attend project safety meetings and site coordination meetings to ensure smooth operations.

• Plan and execute work in alignment with the builder’s work program and project timelines.

• Coordinate site access for material and equipment deliveries, ensuring timely logistics.

• Monitor material delivery schedules and daily work progress, providing updates to the Project Manager and Main Contractor.

• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards, complies with codes of practice, and adheres to project specifications.

• Implement variation works upon receipt of updated drawings or site instructions, and prepare claims for submission.

• Conduct and follow up on required site testing and inspections.

• Maintain and update construction drawings as needed.

• Oversee the commissioning of project equipment and systems.

• Prepare as-built drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance documentation.

• Adhere to company QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Maintain awareness of legal requirements, environmental impacts (EAI), and occupational safety hazards related to work activities.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Civil & Structural Engineering

• Must be independent & Self-motivated

• Able to supervise Sub-con / supplier.

• Familiar with project supervision.

• Able to work under tight schedule.
