Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and execute manpower planning and hiring strategies

  • Provide HR advisory on recruitment, performance reviews, employee relations, and workforce development

  • Analyse and report on recruitment and attrition trends to support decision-making

  • Drive the TPM cycle by advising departments on process requirements, calibration, and follow-ups

  • Partner with line managers to address HR-related concerns and propose practical solutions

  • Support talent identification initiatives and follow up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

  • Coordinate engagement sessions and learning & development activities aligned with organisational needs

  • Liaise with L&D teams on course nominations and organise internal and non-cluster training programmes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource

  • 3 - 4 years of Business Partnering experience, preferably with healthcare settings

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and talent development strategies
