An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead recruitment and talent management initiatives. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with department heads on manpower planning, and provide HR advisory services. What you'll be doing
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and execute manpower planning and hiring strategies
Provide HR advisory on recruitment, performance reviews, employee relations, and workforce development
Analyse and report on recruitment and attrition trends to support decision-making
Drive the TPM cycle by advising departments on process requirements, calibration, and follow-ups
Partner with line managers to address HR-related concerns and propose practical solutions
Support talent identification initiatives and follow up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Coordinate engagement sessions and learning & development activities aligned with organisational needs
Liaise with L&D teams on course nominations and organise internal and non-cluster training programmes
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource
3 - 4 years of Business Partnering experience, preferably with healthcare settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with performance management frameworks and talent development strategies
