Roles & Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure CCaaS solutions align with organizational goals. Map existing contact center workflows for inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain process diagrams, use cases, and documentation to support process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes via the CCaaS platform, such as automating repetitive tasks and enhancing self-service features.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
