Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of an Italian restaurant.
- Ensure that operating standards comply with procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
- Conduct daily roll-calls with the service team to drive operational effectiveness, maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensure accurate food ordering, serve customers efficiently, and promote events.
- Plan and execute events, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate and delivered promptly during service, maintaining high standards and exceeding guest expectations.
- Pay attention to detail and foster a culture of high standards throughout the team, emphasizing customer service and management excellence.
- Be knowledgeable of all service techniques, actively seek guest feedback, and respond to service issues professionally with appropriate service recovery.
- Build a motivated, high-performing team committed to achieving clear goals and targets.
- Ensure operational profitability by suggesting and implementing improvements to meet sales targets.
- Manage reservations, staff scheduling, recruitment, daily sales reports, inventory, and other operational reports for management review.
- Supervise staff, providing training and development plans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and oversee periodic and preventive maintenance of equipment and assets.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
