Executive, Operations (Indoor Attractions)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, integrating five wildlife parks with nature-based experiences, green spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in writing, reviewing, and updating SOPs and RAs to ensure clarity, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for furniture, fittings, and equipment.
  • Lead testing scenarios to identify and resolve gaps in equipment and processes.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Manage daily attractions operations, including queue, crowd, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Supervise ticketing and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure safety standards and quality compliance.
  • Enhance guest experience through feedback management and service quality improvement.
  • Train and develop team members, manage manpower, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Generate reports and analyze operational data.
  • Assist wildlife management efforts and manage assigned projects.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum O level qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in service or ground operations management.
  • Experience in attractions is an advantage.
  • Service-oriented, courteous, confident, and pleasant demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Resourceful, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
