The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, ensuring our philosophy and values are conveyed through compelling content and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing & Strategy: Develop and implement a dynamic digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive enrollment.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging, informative, and inspirational content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters) that reflects our preschool's ethos and educational approach.
• Graphic Design: Utilise your graphic design skills to create visually appealing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, online ads) that stand out and speak to both parents and the community.
• Website Management: Regularly update our website with fresh content, ensuring it remains an accurate, engaging, and user-friendly resource for current and prospective parents.
• Taobao Ordering: Leverage your expertise with Taobao to source and order innovative educational materials and supplies that support our curriculum and classroom activities.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic, using insights to optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design with a creative flair for creating engaging visual content.
• Excellent content planning, creation, and writing skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear, engaging, and educational manner.
• Experience with CMS and website maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and user experience.
• Proficiency in ordering through Taobao, with a knack for finding the best resources for educational purposes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Keen interest in early childhood development.
