Phlebotomist

Salary up to $3500 with AWS and Variable Bonus!

Reporting directly to the Phlebotomy Manager, you shall be responsible for the following tasks, including but not limiting to:

• Collection of blood specimens from patients, including infants and children via venipuncture, finger prick or heel prick methods.
• Perform a variety of laboratory tests while rotating through various sections delivering accurate, reliable and precision test results in a prompt and efficient manner, which assists the physicians in patient diagnosis
• Ensure patient identification matches official document and patient compliance with test requirement
• Strictly observe pre-blood collection, blood collection and post blood collection procedure
• Provide good service quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies stocked and utilized by the phlebotomy team
• Perform other ad hoc job tasks or projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Must have certificate in phlebotomy
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on phlebotomy experience
• Required to work 5.5 days (Including weekends)
• Willing to travel across Singapore and work in outpatient and project settings
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
