This leadership role presents an opportunity to oversee a multidisciplinary team while implementing a growth-focused strategy across a dynamic regional market.

About the Role
The General Manager will be based in Singapore and hold full P&L responsibility for the Southeast Asia entity. The appointed individual will develop and implement business plans aligned with global and regional objectives, while leading commercial, operational, and technical functions. This role is integral to strengthening capabilities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving sustainable value in the region.

Geographic scope includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with corporate priorities
• Drive growth across existing and emerging markets
• Cultivate partnerships with distributors, commercial stakeholders, and public institutions

Operational Excellence
