About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our leadership team, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate internal and external appointments
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Handling incoming calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner
Make all travel arrangements and reservations, including flights, hotels, visa, dining, land transfers and other logistics.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials as needed
Act as the primary liaison between the senior leadership team and both internal and external stakeholders
Support ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as requested
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with internal stakeholder, both spoken and written
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and the ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
