Job Responsibilities:
  1. Perform office administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing worker dormitory operations.
  2. Manage foreign employees, including work pass applications, issuance, renewals, cancellations, and data monitoring.
  3. Handle WICI claims and medical insurance claims.
  4. Arrange training courses for all employees.
  5. Coordinate with site management.
  6. Address employee issues.
  7. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to operate these applications effectively.
