Job description

Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Conduct regular sales calls with prospective and existing customers.

• Present specialized sales pitches using professional negotiation skills.

• Market Insights:

• Monitor market conditions, competitive activities, and customer behavior.

• Report findings to management to refine strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), clinics, and aesthetic centers.

• Provide technical expertise on products and procedures.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and other team members to implement promotional campaigns effectively.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records, submit timely reports, and manage field resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a medical-related field (higher qualifications in marketing preferred).

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry.

• Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry practices.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.

• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

• Valid driver’s license.
