What you’ll do:

  • Lead partnership, strategy, and revenue efforts for our Media Agency business across 40+ markets.
  • Develop frameworks for collaboration with media agencies and sales partners globally.
  • Implement and scale agency trading deal frameworks with sales teams.
  • Support sales teams in building top-tier sales programs to grow Pinterest’s presence with enterprise advertisers and agencies in multiple markets.
  • Act as the primary contact for major media agencies, nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Organize and present at local Pinterest marketing events.
  • Assist in developing local deals with global accounts, ensuring consistency and support effectiveness.
  • Contribute to media planning, campaign management, and media channel strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-regionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to build strong partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience growing agency-led businesses across regions.
  • Data-driven leadership with a track record of achieving goals in enterprise advertising.
  • Strong presentation skills and leadership ability.
  • Experience in process and operations management, with a focus on scaling businesses.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform strategies and action plans.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Experience working with agencies or resellers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and similar tools.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • BA/BS degree required.
