Procurement Specialist (Aerospace)

Join a leading manufacturing company where innovation meets precision. We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with strong analytical skills and a passion for supply chain excellence to support project management, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement activities and generate POs for both projects and operations.

• Develop and automate purchasing reports using Power BI / Power Automate.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain deliverables for ongoing projects.

• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.

• Analyze risks, negotiate favorable contract terms, and monitor cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with purchasing policies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, production, and finance teams.

• Drive continuous improvement in cost, lead time, and supply performance.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or project management in a fast-paced manufacturing or precision engineering environment.

• Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

• Strong knowledge of supply and demand concepts, cost control, and supplier evaluation.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with machining and secondary processes (e.g. heat treatment, coating) is a plus.
