Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify and engage potential clients within the target market. Leverage networks and insights to secure new business and expand Bossjob’s client portfolio.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process—from uncovering prospect needs and preparing customized pitches to conducting product demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a trusted authority on Bossjob’s platform, solutions, and operations. Stay informed on recruitment trends and industry developments.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Bossjob at key industry events and conferences to build brand visibility, grow your professional network, and gain market insights.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead pre-sales and post-sales engagement, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong background in lead generation and prospect management.
  • SaaS or tech product sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach, focusing on building sustainable partnerships with clients.
  • Proven target-driven performance with a track record of success in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as business requires.
