We are seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team to support accounts receivable (AR) collections for high-profile China Direct Resellers (such as Alibaba, PDD/Temu, and Shein). This role is critical in managing invoice reconciliation, payment tracking, and proactive collections for Hong Kong-based clients (with end-users in China). As these customers scale rapidly, you'll ensure seamless financial operations by resolving discrepancies, uploading invoices to client portal, and aligning payments with purchase orders.

What You'll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties):

• Invoice Management: Download invoices and prepare statements of accounts, categorized by business groups.
• Ad Account Statement Preparation: Organize invoices into Excel-based ad account statements, grouped by business purposes or cost centers for each customer, potentially handling hundreds of invoice groups.
• Payment Confirmation and Communication: Send payment confirmation emails to customers' points of contact (POCs) and procurement teams, attaching relevant invoices (PDF) and ad account statements (Excel).
• Customer Portal Management: Upload invoices to customers' portals within the first week of each month, including:

a) Logging into supplier portals
b) Verifying spending amounts with PO numbers
c) Submitting Ready to Ship (RT) requests

• Reconciliation and Accuracy: Perform reconciliations of invoices, spend, and PO amounts to ensure accuracy.
• Payment Tracking: Monitor payment status through customers' supplier portals to prevent delayed payments.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Accenture Collectors based in KL to achieve the above requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Receivable collections, with a strong track record of success.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage and analyze large data.
• Education: A university graduate with a strong academic background.
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with China-based clients.
