About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing network of F&B kiosks across Singapore. You will play a critical role in driving HR operational excellence, supportingrecruitment, payroll processing and day-to-day HR administration for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on timely hiring.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and local institutions.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage onboarding procedures including documentation and uniform issuance.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (MOM compliance).
  • Prepare HR reports, letters (e.g., employment, warning), and other documentation as required.

4. Payroll

  • Process end-to-end payroll (OT pay, CPF, Incentive Pay etc)
  • Monitor and manage staff leave, absenteeism, and attendance

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Assist in the planning of employee welfare initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Support communication between crew and management to maintain morale and engagement.

6. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws.
  • Support policy updates and implementation of HR SOPs across.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or service industry.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s employment regulations and MOM practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, work pass management, and payroll support.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
