An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to manage mobile apps and internal systems. This role involves coordinating updates, supporting system rollouts, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT and 1-3 years of experience in digital projects. You will play a key role in enhancing system workflows and supporting new tech rollouts, making a significant impact on the organization’s efficiency. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to help manage our mobile apps, internal systems (like POS, HR, CRM), and digital projects. You’ll work closely with both our internal teams and external vendors to keep everything running smoothly, from feature updates to system upgrades.
App & System Coordination
· Track app and system updates, bugs, and new features
· Coordinate user testing and go-live plans
· Work with vendors on tech issues and improvements
Enterprise System Support
· Help with user setup and system settings
· Report system issues and follow up with vendors
· Make sure systems are connected and working well together
Project Rollouts & Migrations
· Support system launches, migrations, and upgrades
· Assist with data prep, testing, and user onboarding
· Keep SOPs, guides, and project trackers updated
Vendor & Team Coordination
· Communicate with IT vendors and service providers
· Help manage software/hardware support and system maintenance
· Ensure service standards are met
IT Improvements & Training
· Suggest ways to improve system workflows
· Support new tech rollouts (like cloud tools)
· Share basic tech know-how with internal teams
· Diploma or Degree in IT, Info Systems, or similar
· 1–3 years of experience in IT or digital project roles
· Hands-on experience with system rollouts and migrations
· Familiar with APIs, system links, and issue tracking
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Experience using project tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana)
· Understanding of data syncing logic and cross-platform system architecture
· Prior experience in wellness, hospitality, or retail-based industries is an advantage
