Job Description:

• Familiar with company's existing products, technologies and solutions (BIM / Digital Twin / Smart Solution), and able to develop application-oriented solutions for areas including but not limited to Smart City, Smart Construction, Smart Building, Smart Traffic, Smart Water, Smart Energy and Digital Twin

• Collaborate with sales team to identify customer business needs, problems, objectives and business pains to plan and deliver targeted solution demonstrations

• Arrange and conduct face-to-face client meetings as necessary to support pre-sales activities

• Support sales team in project bidding and tenders, including the preparation of technical proposals and the presentation and explanation of technical content throughout the whole process

• Analysing industry policies, market trends and competitors to identify opportunities

• Coordinating and working on marketing campaigns such as corporate visits and exhibitions across various channels

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with BIM, GIS, IoT, Digital Twin and Smart City technologies.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2G experience in similar capacity, international project experience is a plus.

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in marketing, business or related fields is a plus.

• Well versed in English and Mandarin,as to communicate with the HQ in China.

• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and communication skills cross departments and vendors.

• Must have excellent skills in solution architecture design , drafting technical solutions and slides for presentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

• A high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to take overseas business travel.
