Qualifications

• 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Designbüro oder vor Ort bei Fit-out-Arbeiten.

• Assistieren Sie den Projektmanager bei Koordinationsarbeiten.
• Überprüfen Sie die Arbeiten der Subunternehmer und reichen Sie Berichte ein.

Job Description :

• Assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager in coordination works (Post Concrete/Architectural)
• Liaise with Wet Trade subcontractors / Fit-out subcontractors for project completion
• Review subcontractors' architectural/fit-out works, perform formatting checks, and submit reports
• Coordinate with in-house Construction & Supervision, Mechanical & Electrical subcontractor engineers/draftsmen, as well as supervising consultants' engineers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Design; fresh graduates are welcome
• 2-3 years of experience in a design office or on-site fit-out works
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Office
• Willing to learn and work at construction sites; approximately 70% office work and 30% on-site work
