Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Community Management: Engage with players through social platforms, post updates, and answer questions.
  2. Game Testing: Perform functionality and payment tests, identify bugs, and report issues to the development team.
  3. Back-end Operations: Handle back-end tasks including sending announcements/in-game emails and compile, summarize, and organize game-related data for reporting purposes.
  4. Translation: Translate game content and communication accurately between English and Chinese.
  5. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of a diploma or higher.
  2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
