Job Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Engage with players through social platforms, post updates, and answer questions.
- Game Testing: Perform functionality and payment tests, identify bugs, and report issues to the development team.
- Back-end Operations: Handle back-end tasks including sending announcements/in-game emails and compile, summarize, and organize game-related data for reporting purposes.
- Translation: Translate game content and communication accurately between English and Chinese.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
