Job description

Responsibilities:

• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.

• Support staff to support the maintenance and project works function.

• Work with Project Manager to check and verify all-star rate items submitted by term contractor or appointed contractor.

• Work with Project Manager to check on any star rate submission by contractors against the market norm for the final bill of quantities.

• Provide additional services for consultancy services in the area of investigation, preliminary design, and estimates; detailed design; tender documents preparation; evaluation of tenders; and supervision and contract administration of the works.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Relevant studies in Degree or Diploma in FM, built environment or QS.

• Qualifications need to be accredited by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

• Minimum 4years of relevant experience in quantity surveyor, advantageous if experience in managing government projects, maintenance contracts, have knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).

• Good to have tender process knowledge.
