Job description

Position: Service Engineer (Semicon Industry Experience / Electronics / Overseas Travel)

Location: Gambas Cres (Sembawang MRT - 9-minute walk)

Working hours: 5-day work week: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + AWS + Transport and Phone allowance upon confirmation + 14 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day annually, capped at 20 days)

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Manufacture and Repair of Semiconductor Assembly and Testing Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, installation, commissioning, retrofitting, upgrading, and system/chamber conversions of equipment
2. Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans and manuals
3. Prepare equipment for process acceptance, testing, and troubleshooting; perform routine tool qualifications
4. Overseas support and travel are mandatory

Requirements:

1. Training provided; NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2. Degree, diploma, or technical certificate in any field
3. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
4. Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
5. Minimum 1 year experience in Semiconductor Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking colleagues
