We are looking for a driven and resourceful HR Executive / Manager cum Personal Assistant (PA) to the COO/CEO to join our team. This is a dual-role position that supports both HR operations and executive-level coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage HR responsibilities while assisting the senior leadership team in day-to-day operations.

Job Duties & Requirements:
  • Full time position (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm)
  • Support the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which includes recruitment, learning and development, appraisal, payroll, CPF and employee relations.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drives high performance
  • Responsible for developing Learning and Development (L&D) programs and conducting Training Needs Analysis to improve existing staff performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Be part of the team in implementing and developing good HR practices, policies and desired work culture and ensure that they are aligned with Company's objectives
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manage the CEO/COO schedules to co-ordinate meetings/appointments and to ensure smooth running of such meetings
  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the CEO/COO
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the CEO/COO
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters/issues
  • Any other duties as assigned by the CEO/COO
Qualification/Experience requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevance experience
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Practical knowledge of the Employment Act and other manpower-related legislations, current and emerging HR trends and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office. Familiar with commonly used communication platforms and software.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HR platforms.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven track record in developing HR policies and processes and managing day-to-day HR Operations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
