About the job

Reporting to the Kitchen Production Manager, you support daily kitchen operations by maintaining a clean work area, delivering high-quality food, and providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities
  1. Assist in preparing meal ingredients and maintaining a clean, hygienic food preparation area.
  2. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitising of all food preparation areas according to established hygiene standards.
  3. Assist with unloading food supplies and checking stock inventory for accuracy.
  4. Actively practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) of all products to maintain freshness and quality in food preparation.
  5. Adhere to existing operating procedures and maintain high Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards to ensure food safety and hygiene.
  6. Contribute to store operations and ensure alignment with the Functional Commercial Review Standards.
Your profile
  • You are a team-player with strong organisation and time management skills.
  • You are comfortable with handling basic food preparation and maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
  • You are able to withstand prolonged hours of standing and work in a fast-paced food environment.
  • You always maintain a high level of personal grooming and hygiene.
  • You are able to commit to working on AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
