Job Overview
We are looking for a well-rounded Junior Human Resource & Admin Manager to support both HR and administrative operations of the company. This role involves managing daily HR activities while ensuring efficient office administration, regulatory compliance, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company values.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and MAS Fit and Proper requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and leave management systems.
- Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Administrative Functions
- Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative support.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., IT support, building management, office maintenance).
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for both HR and administrative records.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense claims, and invoice processing in collaboration with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Relevant professional certifications
- Extensive experience in human resources management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Pass the fit and proper criteria set by MAS
