Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC(S)) is a non-profit charity organization dedicated to serving individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community, including the Employability and Employment Centre (E2C).

The team at Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) is responsible for providing a structured program for job training and job placement for individuals with autism.

Job Support Assistant - Impact and Contributions
  1. Implement individualized coaching plans using autism-friendly strategies to help clients succeed in the workplace under the guidance of job coaches, case managers, and autism consultants.
  2. Prepare documents, reports, and other communication materials for key stakeholders.
  3. Provide job training and support at external worksites to help integrate clients into the workplace environment and ensure they meet work expectations of the employer.
  4. Develop relevant knowledge and skills through participation in department meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A' levels.
  2. Ability to travel to offsite work locations, i.e., employer work sites, with the possibility of multiple locations in a day.
  3. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  4. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  6. Desire to learn about Autism and a passion to help students and adults with special needs.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
