Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and implement end-to-end projects related to IT Infrastructure according to project governance.
2. Engage with internal business units and stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
3. Develop comprehensive proposals with the technical solution team, coordinate resources, and define clear roles within the project team.
4. Manage projects in collaboration with the bank and vendors to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
5. Handle internal and external communications and arrangements effectively.

Requirements:

1. Over 6 years of experience as a Project Manager.
2. Experience in vendor management.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
4. Proactive initiative and action-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting to senior management.

Preferred:

1. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
2. Experience in banking domain and IT infrastructure.
3. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
4. Knowledge of IT security, risk management, and security controls.
5. Understanding of IT regulations in APAC countries.
