The Talent

• 4-5 years of experience in digital sales/marketing/digital solutions within FMCG industry
• Business-level proficiency in English and fluent native Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
• Proficient in sales tools, Power BI & digital app knowledge
• Equipped with reporting and data analysis skillsets
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills, good collaborator, creative and open to explore new and out-of-the-box solutions

The Job

• Evaluation of Commercial Processes: Regularly assess key sales and trade engagement workflows to identify digitalization opportunities that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Retailer Trade Portal Oversight: Manage the digital platform by maintaining, testing, and deploying engagement content while implementing enhancements aligned with local needs and regional/HQ directives.
• Sales Tools Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Ops and IT to enhance and deploy sales tools (TME Sales) in alignment with business requirements and strategic roadmaps.
• Reporting & Analytics Management: Work with IT and cross-functional teams to sustain a centralized reporting system (Power BI), lead user training sessions, monitor adoption, and ensure ongoing system optimization.
• Digital Marketing & Trade Engagement Solutions: Drive the development and implementation of new or improved digital solutions, identifying key opportunities and managing project execution in line with digital transformation priorities.
