• Working location : one-north
• 6 months contract (renew/convert)
• Salary: up to $2100 + Commision

Job Description

• Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in choosing the right rental vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Sales Generation: Actively engage with walk-in customers, answer inquiries via phone or email, and convert inquiries into appointment bookings to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the available vehicles, rental policies, insurance options, and additional services offered by GrabRentals.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations, process rental agreements accurately, and manage rental administrative work efficiently
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional product add-ons, such as insurance coverage, vehicle damage coverage, or GRBeyond bundle/packages, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.
