  • Master's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a research or healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with participants, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research protocols, standard operating procedures, and good clinical practice
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and electronic data capture systems
